Portsmouth Earthworks
Portsmouth Earthworks was located in Portsmouth Ohio and extends into Kentucky situated at the confluence of the Ohio and Scioto Rivers. It was a massive site that was scaled in miles. Blue lines represent approximate locations of the embankment walls the only parts still remaining are the "Old Fort" Square in KY a Mound in KY and one of the U shaped embankments in Mound Park.
